For John, plumbing is more than a trade it’s a passion he’s honed for over 30 years. He founded the business back in 2013 on the mainland, inspired by the hands-on creativity and satisfaction of solving problems for people. “I like to describe plumbing as Lego,” John laughs. “You’re building something, you’re solving puzzles, and you get to help people every day. Even their middle daughter Gabika, currently studying in Europe, stays connected by managing the business’s social media presence from afar.
“It really is a family business everybody chips in,” John says proudly. That sense of teamwork and family pride shows through in their customer service, making every client feel like part of the extended family too.
