Our basic process consists of connecting to a main line, rough-in plumbing, and finishing touches. Along the way there may be variations depending on what you need. We also install water heaters, heated floors, and other gas-fitting services.
Main Line Services
We ensure we know where the connections are located for the supply and waste systems for the building, so that we can connect them to the main service line. At this time, we will also install the main water line. We will ensure all necessary permits are in place.
Installation of Base Water and Gas Lines (Rough-In Plumbing)
At the rough-in stage, we will be carefully cutting holes in the wall, ceiling, or floor for various pipes and waste systems. At this stage, we will connect things like drains, vent pipes, water lines, showers, shower bases, and bathtubs (not including clawfoot tubs).
Gas lines are also installed during this stage. All installations are tested for leaks before the walls are closed up.
Additional Fixture Installations (Finish Plumbing)
The final touches are installed – sinks, showers, toilet appliances, dishwashers, water purification systems, water heaters, gas appliances, and other similar fixtures are professionally installed and tested for leaks.
