Things to keep in mind before
a plumbing renovation
Plumbing regulations have changed over the years, so you may be required to upgrade your pipes for insurance reasons.
Understanding your home’s drainage system (perimeter drains, on a slope, etc) and fixing outstanding leaks ahead of time is very important. Often, upgrading before waiting for something to break (like a toilet) can save you money in the long run on your water bills.

Our Process
Main Line Services
We need to know where the hookups are located for the building’s supply and waste system to connect them to the main service line. At this time, we will also install the main water line. All necessary permits are in place ahead of time.
Base Water/Gas Lines
At the rough-in stage, we carefully cut holes in the wall, ceiling, or floor for pipes and waste systems. Drains, vent pipes, water lines, showers, shower bases, bathtubs (not including clawfoot tubs) and gas lines will be installed and connected. All installations are tested for leaks before the walls are closed up
Finish Plumbing
The final touches are installed – sinks, showers, toilet appliances, dishwashers, water purification systems, water heaters, gas appliances, and other similar fixtures are professionally installed and tested for leaks.
